I cannot say enough positive things about the way Sean handled the sale of my condo. One of the skills that I noted about Sean is his ability to listen and completely understand before moving forward. He communicates with clarity. He understands the importance of building relationships and knows how to generate trust from the beginning, as opposed to just gathering listings. I particularly related to his sincerity and kind demeanor. His negotiation skills are far superior to any real estate person I have ever worked with, and I have sold 4 homes prior to this one. He went above and beyond and carried a large number of my photographs to the lower level to allow the upper level to look more appealing to a potential buyer. From a business major’s perspective, I see nothing but continued success in Sean’s future.
