Sean comes from a family of realtors, which includes his father and grandfather. This business was instilled into him at a very early age. He graduated from Oakland University in 2015 with a bachelor’s in Health Science and a minor in Exercise Science. With his hard work and dedication, he has made it to the Top 1% Realtors, the National Association of Realtors 30 under 30 Class of 2023, and sells over 100 homes a year. He believes to best serve his clients it is important to treat their real estate needs as if they were his own. Sean works endlessly to earn your trust as you work together towards a common goal whether you are selling your home or searching for a new one. From negotiations, staging, appraisals, inspections and closings, he will make sure to make the process as simple and successful as possible. Sean is incredibly passionate about sales, with over 10 years of experience used to help his clients get exactly what they need. Outside of his professional life, Sean likes to invest in the stock market and real estate properties. He enjoys keeping up with his favorite sports teams and is an avid car enthusiast, always on the lookout for the newest toys and customizing his own vehicles.

As a licensed Realtor for 10 years, she has a deep understanding of the systems, details, and communication required to keep a successful real estate business running smoothly. Her focus has always been on creating an exceptional client experience while building efficient processes that support both the SK Sells team and the Sean’s business. Currently, she is excited to bring that same dedication to help elevate Sean’s already thriving business, streamline operations, and create an unforgettable experience for every client. Outside of work, Vincenza enjoys spending time with family and friends, hanging out with her two adopted pit mixes, reading a new book, taking care of her many plants, and hitting the road on her sport bike.
